Never eat chocolate again

Now i already know that i am not suppose to eat chocolate if i get panic attacks. But no way i love chocolates so much and yesterday i ate these two huge chocolate bars at evening and then i started feeling sick at night while i was watching a movie The Islane on HBO. I am hell sure its because of those two bars. I didnt get panic attack but i felt very near to it. But as i had already taken Anti Dep, i felt nice as i calm myself down after meditating and breathing slowly and thinking about few nice things in my past. Well, no way. I am going to avoid chocolates from now, untill i get well soon.
